Choose your sector
Flexible options - co-created with you
We know that everyone’s service or setting context is different. That’s why we are passionate about co-creating our learning with you to ensure that we are delivering practical, relevant guidance that can be integrated into your day-to-day work.
Training and development and project consultation and delivery
Delivering training and consultancy on relational or trauma informed practice is our primary expertise but we can also support you in the development and delivery of specific projects or programmes of work aimed at systems change. This can include providing full project management and participant engagement support, as well as co-creating training content that speaks to your context.
Organisational change
We work with you to co-design a service or organisation wide enquiry (through surveys and/or focus groups) to establish your ‘as is’ position on your journey to becoming trauma informed. This includes thinking about organisational readiness: understanding what trauma informed practice means for the service you provide – its pace, approach and delivery – which is often a combination of training support, opportunities for learning application to practice, support from line managers and peers and strategic expectations. We’ll use this information to make recommendations and co-design a learning and engagement strategy to support learning transfer and cultural transformation.
our models of practice
Five to Thrive

Brains grow when we do five simple things. Five to Thrive describes a sequence of relational activities that builds healthy brains at all stages of life.
Mending Hurts

Mending Hurts is the KCA model for promoting recovery from trauma by enabling people to notice what they, or other people, do in their most effective interactions with vulnerable and traumatised people.
Creating Connections

We know that healing and recovery happen best when we're part of a community - when we come together and build resilience. Creating connections focuses on trauma prevention and recovery, building capacity for self-healing communities.
Emotional Me

Emotional Me is a mental wellbeing and emotional resilience programme for education practitioners who work with children aged 3-11. With tailored resources for each year group, it equips nursery staff, teachers and TAs to deliver classroom sessions that empower children to understand human connectedness, emotional literacy and resilience building.
Aatributes

AATRIButES offers a practical approach to bridging the gap between trauma theory and practice. It helps professionals notice what they are already doing that builds connected relationships and promotes recovery from trauma, and showcases successful strategies used in schools to meet the needs of children, young people, families and colleagues.
Leadership Revolution

Leadership has always been complex, but more so now than ever. The context in which you lead is in constant flux and you are increasingly being required to navigate change and uncertainty. The Leadership Revolution helps you better understand recovery leadership and address stress arising from uncertainty.
