With a background in coordinating projects at KCA Knowledge Change Action and advising on recruiting foster carers with Capstone Foster Care, Holly’s competencies lie in customer retention, sales management, and strategic business development. Holly has an insatiable curiosity to learn, a drive to build meaningful partnerships, and a passion for trauma recovery informed practices that contribute to a more compassionate world.
She has worked for many years supporting vulnerable children and families and also adults in custody. Whilst working with these groups, she witnessed the lack of knowledge among many carers/practitioners around trauma and its effects and always felt it was a gap that required bridging.
In Holly’s spare time, she is a Club Welfare Officer at her local football club and helps to run the U16s and U18s teams, alongside her husband (admin rather than coaching). She has 3 children and 2 dogs who keep her very busy and active.
