Anisha Gadhia holds the role of Director of Strategy and Partnerships, bringing a wealth of experience garnered from a diverse career spanning leadership, learning and development, and practitioner roles within the criminal justice system, government, and the legal profession. Throughout her extensive tenure, she has been a staunch advocate for children's rights and enhanced outcomes for young people.
Anisha possesses a unique blend of strategic acumen and operational expertise, seamlessly navigating between the two spheres. As a qualified solicitor and Probation Officer with a decade of experience, including secondments to OSCT and a YOT, she brings a deep understanding of serious violence issues to her work. Additionally, she serves as a Trainer/Facilitator and Restorative Justice practitioner, further enriching her skill set.
In her capacity as KCA’s Director of Strategy and Partnerships, Anisha collaborates closely with commissioners and senior leaders across Early Years, Education, Health, and other public sector services. Together, they design, implement, and deliver learning pathways tailored to address skills and knowledge gaps related to Attachment, Trauma, and Resilience. Anisha's proficiency extends to delivering various forms of customer learning journeys and events, including video, web-based, and face-to-face sessions.
